I’m very pleased with a wonderful job Dr. H did for me. I got a crown and a composite feeling that fits and feel perfectly. I had a dental emergency and I thought I needed tooth extraction however, uDr. H told me that he can save the tooth and I am very happy that I listen to him. I also need some Invisalign or Clear aligner which fortunately my Aetna insurance covers a part of it. Additionally, he is a great cosmetic dentist. I recommend him to anybody living in Aliso Viejo or anywhere in Orange County.

They are very helpful and professional I wanted porcelain veneer and the doctor explained to me in details that prep less veneer is not good for me since I have sleep apnea and if I don’t address that first I would destroy my Veneers. I’ve recently got a dental sleep devices called Vivo’s DNA with them and I have seen the difference in my TMJ and breathing already. I highly recommend this dental clinic to anybody in OC area.

Dr. Haghighi and his staff were very kind and very patient. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. I haven’t been able to go to the dentist in years and was honestly very afraid to see all the dental issues I have, but Dr. Haghighi kindly and patiently explained all of them to me in detail and all the approaches he and his staff plan to take to make sure my dental health is properly taken care of. I also had many, many questions, and I really appreciate him taking the time at nearly the end of the day to answer all of them. I really appreciate all of his help – and the help of his staff! They were incredibly sweet.

It was my first time here and everyone was so nice! I met with my hygienist, Gretle, who was very fun to chat with. I met with Dr. Payam P. Haghighi who spent plenty of time talking with me and answering my questions. I had a lot. Their office debunked a lot of information I received from a previous office and never made me feel dumb. I love the fact they have availability and it’s so easy to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Haghighi is the best dentist i know. He is very kind and caring. He also is knowledgeable and explains the procedures in very simple terms. I do recommend this office to everyone. The assistants and front desk they are so nice and kind they will help you with anything you need with a smile in their faces.
